Twinpalms Phuket Resort Phuket‘s Most Exciting & Stylish Contemporary Resort
ON TOUR - Australia 2012
One of Australia’s favourite five-star resorts in Phuket, Thailand, is taking to the road in style for its Down Under debut.
It might be the most glamorous caravan to traverse the Australian landscape since Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, and Oprah Winfrey’s Ultimate Australian Adventure.
Twinpalms Phuket, long known for its exciting approach to hospitality, is about to blaze a trail through Australia for its Twinpalms Phuket “On Tour” Australia 2012
road show. Launching in Brisbane on November 6, the trip will cover nearly 4,500 kilometres over one month, stopping at Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and several towns in between before wrapping up in Canberra
from December 4-7.
The road show will not only introduce Phuket’s most stylish and contemporary resort to Australian media, travel professionals and future visitors, it will give former guests the chance to enjoy another taste of the Twinpalms experience on their home turf.
Twinpalms has already gained many fans from Down Under, with some 40 percent of Twinpalms guests currently arriving from Australia. The Twinpalms team hopes to earn many more Australian guests by showcasing the resort’s hospitality talents and appealing island lifestyle in person.
Navigating the journey is Miguel Kirjon, Designer and Brand Development manager for Twinpalms, who has spent the past several months painstakingly planning every trip detail and design element.
Miguel said Twinpalms had never before done such a road show, and to make a splash in Australia they knew they had to do something daring and reflective of the local spirit of travel. “Australia has a huge RV culture so traveling with a motorhome makes complete sense,” he said. Miguel’s wife and three children will be tagging along for the entire journey.
The Twinpalms eye-catching style and bold sense of fun will be highlighted in every step of the journey Down Under. The entire exterior of a custom-designed, 10-metre luxury motorhome has been emblazoned with imagery showcasing the Twinpalms resort island lifestyle, ensuring that passing motorists and people along the roadsides will take notice as it roams the Australian highways and city streets.
Photos and videos of the Twinpalms Australian adventure will be posted on this and the Facebook page throughout the month-long trip.
This road trip is partly sponsored by Thai Airways
