  • Twinpalms Loyalty Program is applicable only when booking through our website twinpalms-phuket.com or via our email: book@twinpalms-phuket.com or via phone: +66 (0) 76 316 500
  • Please email book@twinpalms-phuket.com for accommodation redemption through our Loyalty Program
  • Earn 1 “Palm” for every THB 5,000 spend on accommodation only (before applicable government taxes and service charge)
  • “Palms” can be purchased at THB 1,000 per Palm, subject to applicable government taxes and service charge (maximum 5 “Palms” per booking)
  • The night of 31 December is NOT redeemable
  • Indication of "Palm" redemption should be addressed upon reservation
  • The Twinpalms Loyalty card is required to be presented upon checking in. Without the card, the hotel’s best available rate will be applied
  • The “Palm” can not be redeemed in other forms such as cash
  • The Twinpalms Phuket Loyalty program allows a booking of up to 6 rooms nights maximum per day
  • Redemption is not applicable for current/ extended stay
