Judged by? Twinpalms Employee Panel (gardener, waitress, guest relations, driver, therapist, financial controller, designer, management)
Deadline? 30 August 2012 (24:00 hrs)
Format? JPEG with max. file size of 2 MB

Terms & Conditions

• Entries should be submitted by email to photo2012@twinpalms-phuket.com
• Entries must be labelled with the entrant’s name and image files must be 72 dpi and between 1MB and 2MB
• No filters or other digital effects (Photoshop etc) allowed
• Entrants should include their own name, address and telephone number
• We regret that we are unable to accept postal entries nor can we accept entries with pornographic content
• Each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Twinpalms Phuket to feature the submitted image in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition
• Only one entry per person
• The winners will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the competition
• 3 entrants shall win a complimentary holiday (7 days/6 nights) at Twinpalms Phuket Resort (subject to availability)
• The prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative
• Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Twinpalms Phuket and accordingly Twinpalms Phuket may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Twinpalms Phuket as a result thereof
