AIR CONDITIONING
All our guest rooms are equipped with quiet and draft free air conditioners. Please select your desired temperature and fan speed at the wall mounted control panel. A setting between 22ºC-25ºC is suggested, as this is a comfortable range for the local climate. Set the fan to “Auto” for optimal function. If the sliding terrace doors are open for more than a minute, the air conditioner will automatically turn off. This is indicated by a red light on the AC control panel and on the control box by the bed.

AIRPORT
Phuket International Airport is located about 25 minutes from the hotel. The hotel offers limousine service to the airport. CONTROL BOX
The control box next to the bed in the guest Suites provides convenient control over the room’s lighting, air conditioning and fan functions. You may turn off all the lights in the room with the “all off / on” button. In the “all off” mode, a green lamp will illuminate to guide you back to the “all off / on” button. Depending on the time of day / night, the lights that turn on using the “all on / off” will vary. The room fan may be controlled in a sequence: lo-med-hi-off. When “off”, an orange light is illuminated. If a red lamp is “on”, the terrace door is not properly closed and the air conditioner will not work.

ELECTRIC SYSTEM (230V 50Hz.)
An international power outlet that fits most foreign electric plugs is installed next to the network outlet above the writing desk in the Suite. The power outlet in the bathroom has an ELCB safety breaker to prevent personal injury.
In case of a power failure, the hotel has a backup generator that allows most lights to function during the failure. The air conditioner will not function during a power failure.
In case of a total power failure, an automatic emergency light will turn on inside the door of the Suites. International power plug adapters can be borrowed at the Front Desk or via your Residence host.

POOLS
The 1,600m2 pools are open 24 hours, but will be closed from time to time for service. The pools are not supervised by a life-guard. The use of the pools is at your own risk. Read the posted safety information by the pool showers. Diving is not permitted in the swimming pools. The depth varies between 1.3m (4ft) and 1.5m (5ft). For your own safety, please check the depth of the water before entering the pool. The pools are saltwater chlorinated.
 
POOL CHAIRS
If a pool chair is left unoccupied for more than 30 minutes, please be informed that it will be cleared and reset. Guest belongings will be kept at the bar counter.
 
POOL & BEACH TOWELS
Pool & beach towels are provided at the reception of a Pool bar or at Catch Beach club. To receive the towel, the pool / beach towel card is required to be presented for exchanging service. One towel card is for one towel. A deposit of THB 500 will not be refunded in case of loss, misplacement or failure to return the towel or the towel card upon departure.

Lifeguards are on patrol. Swim with caution and only between the two flags.
