A Phuket conference centre that accommodates over 100 people in a variety set up styles.
 
Transportation: 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport and 30 minutes from Phuket City. Airport limousine transfer is available (maximum 3 people), as well as transfers by private mini-van for larger groups (maximum 6 people).
 
Perhaps the most peaceful and beneficial meeting venue in Phuket, The Meeting Room at Twinpalms Phuket Resort is equipped with all the amenities to facilitate a high-profile conference.
 
The Surin Room overlooks theb beauty of Surin Beach. The wall-to-wall windows provide ample natural light, as well as a unique backdrop for any assembly, however formal or casual. The members of staff at Twinpalms Phuket are dedicated to making every meeting a success and can be relied upon to deliver quality, right down to the finest detail.
 
The Meeting Room has 197.5 m2, inclusive of coffee break area, which facility divisible into three smaller rooms, each of which can be set up in any of 5 configurations to meet a particular conference’s needs. The arrangements to choose from are:

• Classroom – three places per table, all facing the front
• Board Meeting – guests sit around one large table
• Hollow Square – guests sit around the outside of the square
• U-shape – same as hollow square, but with one end open
• Theatre – Rows of seats without tables, all facing a head table

Below prices are inclusive of one main meeting room, one group lunch, morning and/or afternoon refreshments, flip chart, whiteboard with markers, built-in sound system with microphone, standard floral arrangements, stationery, Minère drinking water and mints throughout the day. Wireless internet connection is available in the meeting room.

Choose the concept from a range of Set Menus, Buffets, or Barbecues, each available with a spectacular theme or in a classic format. Venues vary from our intimate, exquisite and private Thai style beach dining, to larger ocean front areas, the Oriental Spoon, Function Rooms, Wine room and Pool side, with stunning Lagoon and Garden Views.

Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT
 
A deposit equal to 50% of the total contracted accommodation, event function and / or F&B arrangement costs is required.
 
All outstanding amounts are to be settled prior or upon departure. The contract signatory is personally liable to pay all monies in full to the hotel pursuant to this agreement. Where the invoice has been requested to be addressed to another person or entity, personal liability for full payment remains the responsibility of the contract signatory. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the case of payment default on the deposit schedule, all reservations contained within this contract will be released.
 
CUT OFF DATE
 
The rates and arrangements proposed are extended to your group until the notified cut-off date. If no definite confirmation is received by the cut-off date, Twinpalms Phuket Resort reserves the right to amend this proposal and / or any reservations tentatively held will be automatically released. Furthermore, should in the meantime another organisation approach Twinpalms Phuket Resort to book the reserved space on a confirmed basis, you will be given 72-hour rights of first refusal, after which time the reservation will be automatically released. New bookings will be subject to space availability and a new proposal.
